The catalogue has 78 entries (30 in whole bikes, 15 in drivetrain parts, 7 in brakes, 5 in wheels and tyres, 8 in suspension, 6 in cockpit parts, 7 in pedals), and each is priced from completed eBay UK sales rather than asking prices. An entry shows a price only once sales have been collected for it; until then its page says so.

It is for people selling a part who want to know what to list it at, and for people buying used who want to know whether a price is fair. The methodology sets out which sales count and how the figure is worked out.
